Hi! I’m Lauren. I’m a strategist, writer, and designer based in Brooklyn, NY who helps mission-driven organizations grow thoughtfully and sustainably. With over 6 years of experience leading strategic fundraising, communications, and systems design efforts at mission-driven organizations, I aim to support teams in telling their story and building the internal capacity to make that story stronger over time.
In 2025, after launching my career driving impact in education, I left my role as Managing Director of Content and Grant Writing on Teach For America’s National Development team to explore new challenges, drive change in my community, and bring expert-level strategic support to organizations that need it.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with organizations in New York City and across the country to tackle a range of issue areas, from sustainability and community health to public safety and economic inclusion.
My grant writing and funder stewardship work has helped secure funding at every level — from the $20K regional operating grant to the $12M national partnership renewal — and I’ve supported clients on a range of ambitious projects to strengthen the strategies, narratives, and systems behind that funding.
I hold a B.A. in English and Sociology from New York University, and I love any excuse to chat over an iced latte. If you find yourself in NYC, give me a shout and we’ll make it happen!
